Located within the world renowned Mount Sinai Hospital, the Movement Disorders Center has three interrelated components - patient care, teaching, and research. In addition to caring directly for patients, the program develops new research therapies. There is a long tradition of clinical excellence in the treatment of movement disorders at Mount Sinai. The Movement Disorders Center continues that tradition by providing state of the art, compassionate, and comprehensive specialty care. Every physician in the Faculty Practice Associates is a staff member of the Mount Sinai Hospital and a faculty member of the Icahn School of Medicine.
Erik Lium, PhD, Named Vice President of Mount Sinai Innovation Partners
March 31, 2014 - Dr. Lium previously held the post of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Innovation, Technology and Alliances at the University of California, San Francisco.
The Movement Disorders Center FPA is open from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M., Monday through Friday.
