Obstetrics Gynecology - Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
For women with complex pelvic floor disorders, our Urogynecology division offers diagnostic procedures to evaluate incontinence, as well as medical therapies and surgical interventions to treat problems of the pelvic floor, including abnormal urinary function and vaginal prolapse, which may result from injury during childbirth or as a result of a difficult hysterectomy. The division performs both vaginal and abdominal procedures such as a variety of urinary sling and vaginal suspension procedures tailored to the needs of the patient.
