Every pediatrician in the Child Development Department Faculty Practice Associate is a member of the staff of the Mount Sinai Hospital and the Icahn School of Medicine. The department provides comprehensive treatment for children with mental retardation, cerebral palsy, autism, attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, learning disabilities, and speech and language problems. The Child Development Department is dedicated to providing the most advanced healthcare to special needs children and to giving their families the medical support and guidance they need.
