Visiting Doctors Program 

The Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors Program:

1. Provides high-quality, patient-centered primary and end-of-life care to homebound patients in Manhattan

2. Offers emotional support and social services to the families and caregivers of homebound patients

3. Provides education and experience in home care to medical trainees
